Wade is a Director at Smith and Partners, specialising in property and commercial law. With decades of experience supporting Auckland businesses and families, he is known for his practical advice, clear communication, and ability to quickly identify key issues. His approach is grounded in common sense and cost-effective solutions, helping clients make confident decisions.

A proud Westie and father of four, Wade is deeply involved in the community. He chairs the boards of Massey High School and Waitākere Primary School, and is a member of both the Property Law Section of the New Zealand Law Society and the Law Association of New Zealand. He’s also a keen cyclist and mentor, committed to growing the next generation of legal professionals.
