General Manager - Finance & Operations

Racheal is our General Manager for Finance and Operations - a key role overseeing not only the day to day management of the firm but also supporting the Directors strategically as part of the management team. With 35+ years at Smith and Partners, she brings deep organisational knowledge and a proven, steady and solutions focused approach to her work.

She oversees finance, AML compliance, and credit control, ensuring the firm runs efficiently and clients receive reliable, well-coordinated support. Racheal enjoys helping people, whether that’s guiding staff, assisting clients, or finding more effective ways to work.

Originally moving to West Auckland in her teens, she has been a proud Westie ever since. Outside the office, Racheal enjoys training at the gym as well as reading, knitting, exploring the outdoors, and spending time with family and friends.
