Associate

Natalie is an Associate at Smith and Partners, specialising in relationship property and estate litigation (with experience in the civil litigation realm also). Admitted to the bar in 2008, she brings a broad litigation background and a practical, solution-focused approach to helping clients navigate complex personal and family disputes.

Natalie regularly advises clients on all aspects of relationship property, including contracting out agreements, separation arrangements, asset division disputes, trust-related issues, and court proceedings. She also acts in estate related disputes including family protection claims and testamentary promises claims. With experience across the Family Court, District Court, and High Court, Natalie is committed to achieving pragmatic and cost-effective outcomes, whether through negotiation, mediation, or litigation.

Natalie also provides mediation services through The Mediation Hub, acting as an independent and neutral mediator to help parties work through disputes.

Outside of work, Natalie enjoys staying fit and keeping up with her three energetic children.
