Mikayla is an Estate Administrator at Smith and Partners, bringing a strong foundation in litigation and a keen eye for detail to her role. She supports clients through estate planning and administration, ensuring each process is handled with care and precision.

With a background in sociology and criminology, Mikayla understands the human side of legal matters. She works under the guidance of Director Carolyn Ranson and is known for her empathetic approach and personalised service. Mikayla is currently working towards her Diploma in Legal Executive Studies through Open Polytechnic, further deepening her expertise.

Outside of work, Mikayla is an avid sports fan—often found cheering on friends from the sidelines and keeping up with both local and international sport. She also enjoys music, reading, and entertaining friends at home.
