Kimberley is a Registered Legal Executive at Smith and Partners, specialising in Wills and Enduring Powers of Attorney. She works closely with Director Carolyn Ranson to ensure clients’ estate planning documents are clear, tailored, and legally sound.

With experience in estate administration, Kimberley helps clients navigate sensitive decisions with empathy and precision. She takes the time to understand each client’s family dynamics and intentions, offering thoughtful guidance every step of the way.

Outside of work, Kimberley is a passionate foodie, film lover, and explorer of the Waitākere Ranges.
