Jennifer is an Associate and NZILE Fellow at Smith and Partners, with over 15 years’ experience in property law. She assists clients with residential and commercial conveyancing, building contracts, leasing, family trusts, wills, powers of attorney, and business finance.

Jennifer has specialist expertise in unit title properties, including apartments and terrace housing. As a property investor herself, she brings practical insight and understands the fast-paced nature of the market.

Clients value her thoroughness, clear communication, and approachable style. Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys family life with her two children and once represented New Zealand in Tenpin Bowling, travelling the world through the sport.
