Graduate Law Clerk

Georgina is a Graduate Law Clerk in the litigation team at Smith and Partners, with a focus on family and employment law. She takes a pragmatic, detail-oriented and empathetic approach to her work, helping clients navigate challenging situations while keeping their longer-term needs in view.

Georgina holds a Bachelor of Laws with Honours and a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in International Relations, from Te Herenga Waka - Victoria University of Wellington. She brings experience in Māori legal issues and public law and is also a published author, with an article appearing in the 10th edition of the New Zealand Women’s Law Journal – Te Aho Kawe Kaupapa Ture a ngā Wāhine.

Having grown up in West Auckland, Georgina was drawn to Smith and Partners by the opportunity to work within and support her local community. Outside of work, she enjoys tramping, baking, reading, and spending time with friends and family.
