Marketing Assistant

Are you a marketing or communications student who is interested in professional services marketing? Do you want to be exposed to a wide range of marketing activities, work with an experienced Marketing Manager and gain invaluable insight into professional services marketing?

We are seeking an outgoing, eager to learn marketing or communications student to assist with our marketing programmes. As full training will be provided, previous experience is not required but may give you an advantage.

 As the right applicant you will:

• Be extremely accurate with an eye for detail

• Have impeccable written and spoken English, including the ability to proofread

• Display a can do attitude where you love to get stuck in and learn

• Have good computer literacy, including the ability to learn new systems quickly

• Have a friendly and helpful manner

• Have a demonstrable commitment to client service

• Have a collaborative approach where you enjoy working in a fast paced team environment

• Have an attitude of always striving for excellence in everything that you do

• Have a growth mind-set, where you show a passion for continuous improvement

• Have a particular interest in digital marketing & legal marketing

 

If you also have these skills that might put you ahead of the competition:

(but none of these are necessarily a prerequisite)

• Experience updating websites using a CMS (content management system)

• Experience loading social media updates using Buffer

• Experience with media and/or communications outreach

  

The type of work you’ll be assisting with:

• Updating our website (and learning about SEO in the process)

• Assisting with PPC advertising

• Social media updates and campaigns

• Email newsletters

• Event management

• Sponsorship management

• Customer Database management

• Any other marketing or communications tasks that may arise
