The role
As a pioneering and technology focused, growing Law Firm you will be responsible for maintaining our client database. Working as part of a high performing, collaborative team you’ll develop relationships across the entire firm and with clients as you collect, collate and input client information into our systems.

You’ll be working with our Anti-Money Laundering team and assisting our Marketing Manager to maintain a robust client database and to develop reports and systems to gain greater understanding of our information and explore opportunities to increase functionality. A key aspect of this role will be assisting others to ensure that they are adhering to systems and policies.

In partnership with our Marketing Manager, you’ll be assisting with updating our website, loading social media posts, client e-newsletters, events and other digital marketing campaigns.

This is a role with room for growth (depending on your interest) in a rapidly expanding, successful law firm.

The ideal candidate will: 

  • Either be an experienced administrator or a graduate with at least one year experience in an office environment
  • Be an effective communicator
  • Have excellent attention to detail and an understanding of the importance of client data
  • Have the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Have an interest in marketing and events, particularly digital marketing (no prior experience required)
  • Have an attitude of always striving for excellence in everything that you do
  • Be efficient with excellent time management skills
  • Knowledge of InfinityLaw and/or database management would be advantageous, but not essential
