Legal Secretary - Commercial

The responsibilities of the role include:

  • Diary management
  • Client / third party contact and correspondence
  • Assisting with file management
  • Assisting with billing / debtor management processes 

The right candidate for this role will be willing to work collaboratively across our whole team, happy to help out in other areas as needed and willing to ask for and receive help from others when required. 

You’ll be working closely with our highly experienced commercial partner and the wider commercial team. You will enjoy a variety of challenging and interesting work, and develop personal relationships with clients through ongoing regular client contact.  

As the right candidate for this role you will:

  • Have a minimum of 4+ years experience as a legal PA/secretary
  • Have experience in commercial law and trusts
  • Perform tasks efficiently and accurately under pressure
  • Be enthusiastic and display great communication skills
  • Be friendly and work well as part of a team
  • Good administrative, organisational and time management skills
  • Have a willingness to learn
  • Have a passion for client service
  • Knowledge of e-dealing and dealing with bank documents and trust accounts would be ideal, but is not essential
  • Experience with Infinitylaw also an advantage
