The role
As part of a high-performing, collaborative private client team, your work will cover the full range of estate administration and family trust matters. You’ll be working closely with our current estates administrator, all three partners and our wider team.

The estate administration work will involve meeting & communicating with executors, applying for probate and letters of administration, bringing in the assets, communicating with the Court, banks, insurance companies, accountants and other relevant third parties, and attending to distributions.

As part of your family trust work, you will be project managing a comprehensive review of all current trusts, and coordinating the input of trust information into our trust management system, Connectworks.

As well as working as part of the wider collaborative team, you will be responsible for managing your own clients and files, including achieving billing targets.

The ideal candidate: 

  • Must be experienced running estate administration matters and all aspects of family trusts.
  • Have experience working as a client facing Legal Executive managing your own files with partner supervision and support
  • A demonstrable commitment to client service
  • The ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • An attitude of always striving for excellence in everything that you do
  • Effective and empathetic communicator with both clients and colleagues
  • Efficient with excellent time management skills
  • Knowledge of InfinityLaw would be advantageous, but not essential
