We have noticed that with the recession, many clients are concerned about their own personal affairs in terms of having things in order whether it be finance, their Wills, their Trust or just making sure that from a legal perspective they are on the right track.
You may also want help with refinancing at a lower interest rate. You may need us to check your employment contract.
Clients are increasingly making time with our lawyers to get their affairs in order. Many of our clients who have a gifting programme for their family Trust are taking the opportunity at their annual gifting appointment to do a “warrant of fitness” check with our lawyers. For those clients that are not involved in a gifting programme we are happy to do the same warrant of fitness check for $300.00 plus GST and disbursements. Please phone or email and make a time with any of our lawyers who are only to happy to review your current situation and the paper work involved and to make suggestions as to how to make it better. Obviously we are happy to negotiate a fee with you for doing any of the work that may come out of the client warrant of fitness check. It may be that you decide to do a new Will or set up a family Trust. You may decide to do a new Memorandum of Wishes for your Trust assets. We are happy to negotiate a fee with you that will get your affairs in order and suit your budget.
