Client Seminar: Employment Law Changes for Employers

ThWinter, Smith and Partners will be running three evening seminars (4-6pm) for business owners to get a quick taste of the current business law issues effecting their businesses
There will be a 30-40 minute presentation by one of the team at Smith and Partners, time for Q&A after the presentations which will start about 4.30 to allow time for late arrivals with networking opportunities before and after the presentation.
There will be a limit of 30 places. Drinks and finger food, and name badges provided by Smith and Partners.
Topics include:
• Introduction to Patents, Trademarks, and protecting your Intellectual Property
• Is a handshake enough or do you need a contract? (Agency agreements, Distribution agreements, Terms of Trade etc and how to minimise the risk of dispute)
