Corporate – advising on all aspects of company law, including creation of companies, duties of directors, shareholders agreements, buy sell agreements, mergers & acquistions, corporate governance.
*Acted recently for Financial Automation Limited, a New Zealand software developer of fuel card processing software in relation to the $9 million (US) sale of its Assets to Wright Express Corporation
Finance – advising borrower and companies on finance transactions, and personal property securities law
Commercial Agreements – drafting and negotiation of commercial agreements
General Commercial – advising companies, business and individuals involved in a variety of commercial transactions (eg: sale and purchase of business, restructuring).
Property and Commercial Property – property, residential, subdivisions, commercial leasing, advising developers and drafting construction contracts.
Asset Protection – advice on ownership structures and Trust matters
